Day 1,082, Reality City – The Monarch has spotted an influx of residents from Indigo undertaking massive new engineering projects and completing them within minutes this week, laying foundations for skyscrapers and finishing construction in record time.
These new buildings were seen from the edge of Currency, upon which the Monarch was directed to see what was going on.
The androids have always proven to be quite apt when it comes to physical demands, notably hosting competitions where they build impressive structures and carry out ‘solo demolitions’ on them to see who can do it with the most flair. This doesn’t appear to be that, however, as the Monarch has notably seen no buildings fall after a few days of observation. It appears to be a level of concentration that the city has never experienced before.
Formation of these new buildings in Indigo has dwarfed those in Downtown, and can be seen from any point in Reality City. Indeed, it may serve as a beacon for those in Somewhere Else looking for a place to stop.
Mayor Dean has offered no statement for these achievements, but as usual the Administration has issued a condemnation of anything new appearing in the city by the hands of the residents.
A perhaps archaic policy, but the androids of Indigo don’t seem to mind.
