There was Anthem
Always that

Isn’t ever
Good enough
By itself
By itself

Sunrise ’till set
Black and white
Mocha taste

Barista right
Beside me
In my bed
This morning

The sweetest face
Bitter taste
Of coffee
In morning

A touch and kiss
In traffic

General Tso’s
At the Rose
Garden with
Some black tea

Best friends in town
Late dinners
Sleeping over
All feels better

Chatting on the
Bed and some
Covert love

Pretty pretty
Lights gone dim
Until the
Next morning

Getting dressed when
We wake up
Making out
But not too much

You are passenger
And another
Hours with

You the only one
Enough to
Make my coffee

Making mornings
Start off right
My waking up

All the better
You are the

Making coffee
In my mornings
